I am a classically trained certified Pastry Chef that is SERV Safe Food Handler Certified, to ensure the proper sanitation and food preparation is taken for all orders. I operate under a fully licensed cottage bakery in the state of Maryland. “Made by a cottage food business that is not subject to Maryland’s food safety regulations.”

ALLERGEN DISCLAIMER

Although we take every precaution and keep items separate to avoid cross contamination to ensure the proper preparation of your order safely, here at Streett’s Sweets & Co, orders are made within an environment where milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, chocolate, soy, sesame, wheat, and gluten products are used. Due to this, Streett’s Sweets & Co cannot guarantee the establishment are free from traces of these or other allergens. Upon purchase of your order, you agree to notify your guests of this risk and not hold Streett’s Sweets & Co accountable for any allergic reactions. Streett’s Sweets & Co will not be responsible for any and all acts, illnesses, or harm that may be directly or indirectly be caused by cross contamination or alteration of any of the products once they leave the premises or have been delivered to the point of destination by Streett’s Sweets & Co. Once your order leaves the care of Streett’s Sweets & Co’s establishment, this disclaims that all liability is placed on the customer for any cross contamination or alteration of Streett’s Sweets & Co’s products that may directly or indirectly come in contact with any food allergens, and/or other products or services that may contain or may have had contact to those allergens. All orders need to be handled with care and caution to reduce the risk of cross contamination outside Streett’s Sweets & Co premises.

FOOD COLORING DISCLAIMER

Certain food coloring, oil-based colors, gel colors, powder colors and dyes (none containing Red #3 are used in Streett’s Sweets & Co) may contain glycerol, colors, lecithin, corn or corn derivatives, chemicals, sulfites, flavoring or preservatives. When used in cakes, frostings, and/or airbrushed details may change the color of your hands, fingers, teeth, and mouth. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and not hold Streett’s Sweets & Co accountable for allergic reactions.

EDIBLE INK DISCLAIMER

Edible inks are considered food-safe inks that are used to print images and vary in color, and some of the colors may not print with the shades that appear on a computer screen. Edible image ink colors may vary due to the printers used, but the colors will produce a superior image when absorbed with the frosting. Streett’s Sweets & Co does not guarantee the exact color match of an edible image for this reason. Red #3 is not used in Streett’s Sweets & Co.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped during the earlier part of the work week. When ordering online from ​Streett’s Sweets & Co please choose the appropriate shipping option based on the date needed for the order. For example, if the order is needed by Friday of the same week and the current day is Wednesday, please choose the option of either priority mail express (next or 2-day shipping) or priority mail (1–3-day shipping) in accordance with USPS. If an order is delivered late due to proven inclement weather, please contact Streett’s Sweets Co. for a partial refund or discount on one future order.

CHECK OUT

By completing your payment and processing of your order, you agree as the customer to not hold Streett’s Sweets & Co accountable or liable for any allergens, or food-borne illnesses that may result from you, your guests, and attendees in relation to this order.
