Hello, Chef Streett here. I am a dedicated and passionate pastry chef with a strong foundation in culinary arts. My love for baking came from my late grandmother when I was around 6 years old. I made my first cake when I was 15. Starting with my family/friends and military family/friends, I made cakes for different events until I was 28 and started baking professionally at the age of 29. Recently graduated from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, I am eager to apply my skills and creativity to elevate your dessert experience. With a focus on classic techniques and modern flavors, I am committed to crafting visually stunning and deliciously satisfying desserts with that homey feel to your palate. As a skilled pastry chef, I developed a keen eye for detail and a love for all things sweet. Having completed my degree in culinary arts degree at Escoffier, I honed into the craft through rigorous training and hands-on experience. I gained expertise that encompasses a wide range of pastries, from delicate macarons and elegant cakes to artisanal breads and decadent chocolates.
